We offer a variety of reimbursement & incentive options. This is based mainly on the cost of your surgery, and would be worked out on case by case basis with our office.
For example, if your surgery requires 1000 grafts - we may offer 100 grafts at no charge. We may also offer to deduct the cost of reasonable round trip air fare and 2 nights lodging in Florida or Chicago.
